What is the scope after MS in Pharmaceutical/ health care management in USA. I am a pharmacy graduate and have been working as a quality control analyst in lab, I wish to switch my department and am looking for MBA-Pharmaceutical management or MS in healthcare management in USA. what is the scope of these fields in the states.

I’ve been doing complex litigation for 10 years and I’m totally burned out. I now have the opportunity to either (1) lateral to a new firm as counsel w/ a significant pay bump; or (2) take a role at an insurance company as a “legal claims professional,” with a smaller pay bump but a bump nonetheless. Is moving into an insurance role career suicide (if I ever decide I want to go back to litigation)? Would I be crazy to turn down the higher paying opportunity?

Can anyone recommend a good certification for recruiting/TA? I have about 5 years of experience and I’m looking to continue developing my skills.
