What is the shift timing in cgi for US client.?

I am done with my project. Seriously. Clocking 12 hours daily and sometimes more. Told manager but he is useless. Who can we go to? The delivery time is less and burden is more. We asked for additional resource but manager is questioning our efficiency.

I am BEYOND done with my account team. Every project is a hot one, everything is a priority, everything needs to be done EOD. Then, clients expect that speed every time. It’s unrealistic. And unfair.

I have offers from different organization, Could you please help me to decide which one would be great choice. All are for Bigdata profile with almost same package. Yoe- 9, Big data Exp-3 Iris Saama technology Pune Epam Systems - Shell Market project HCL - Deutsch Bank project Impetus Deciding factor- Job security, WLB, yearly hike and scope of learning.

Do people ever get caught lying about hours? I can see other associates hours, and there is one person who gets online at 10 and off by 4 but still some how manages to put 10 hrs down of billables. I work so hard just to honestly put that many hours in so it’s frustrating. Just wondering if it ever catches up to people.

Someone explain the practice of sending a more junior associate an email you’ve entirely prepped and drafted and saying “please send to so and so and copy me”. Like, wut? I learnt digital Marketing and started Interning at this Media House in Mumbai. I am in the Paid Media Team. They paid 7k as stipend. Now they gave me an offer letter as Media Executive, the role of client coordination and basically a beginner account Manager. But they've offered a monthly salary of 12k. They said the max they can do is 15k. The problem here is, I was under the impression that Media houses generally pay higher, but 15k is too less I believe. I want to know your real thoughts
