Just talked to a doordash recruiter for analytics manager role which requires 6+ years work experience. They offered 108k base and 107k equity over 4 years. So that ~130k and it’s much less than what I make. The LinkedIn link says the range in Colorado is 115k-149k base. I live in a big city in Pacific Northwest which is not Seattle. I recently got a promotion in my company to work as a Junior CSR in Commercial Lines but I also got a job offer elsewhere to work in the entertainment insurance industry as an Associate. I got the RIBO license in January. The job offer pays more than my promotion but once I told my manager I had this offer she said they are willing to match that offer, however I wouldn’t see an increase in salary for a while. I don’t know what to do because both jobs sound really interesting. Any advice?

Here’s my short background, my current ctc is 13.5 fixed (7 YOE, level 10) in Accenture and got an offer from cts for 23fixed.

Im a crucial resource in Accenture, can i hope Accenture matches the counter offer for my yoe? Also, can I consider my manager word if they say that they will revise in next 3 or 6 mnths?

(UK BASED) PwC have a 3 month notice period here. The audit I’m on for for the next 3 months has a draconian manager who treats it like a dictatorship. When I get my results in 2 weeks I plan to leave immediately or give a 1/2 week notice. Can any repercussions occur from this? Surely they won’t seek legal action.
