Ninjacart is yet to make me an offer and they asked me for the offer letter in hand. I'm waiting for ola's offer letter so that ninjacart will make an offer on top of that. But ola is willingly not sending me the offer letter soon. I plan to join MMT finally by making them match the highest offer. How to leverage this situation better?

Nanny (been with us ~3 months so not too new) bothers me or my husband to help her deal when our kids are being a pain. Like today our 3 and 4 year olds were not staying in their rooms during quiet time and she knocked on my husband’s office door to ask him to help her get them to listen. Folks at T2 firms that choose to stay vs lateral to MBB. What firm are you at and why do you choose to stay there?

I accepted an offer at Deloitte and start in three weeks. I am also in processes at another Big 4 and MBB. If I get substantial better offers from them, would it be crazy to leave D after a couple months? Start dates for other potential offers are Jan 3.

You lay off already existing staff and give them severance before ever considering rescinding an offer. Imagine quitting your old job and making future plans based on your new job offer only to be screwed over.
