Why people are excited for RTO or its just to impress managers. I heard in every meeting one or other person advocates about rto infront of leadership team. Dont they consider 10hrs of working plus travel time of atleast 1hr 30mins daily and traffic. Just trying to understand what is driving them for RTO.
