I'm an Advisory Newly promoted senior. My new compensation is as follows: Merit 3.8% and Promotion increase 5.0%. I assume the 5.00 is standard. But the 3.8% merit promotion? Isn't that quite low? My total pay bump is 6000, making my new comp 74,100 as NYC Advisory Senior Consultant (Assurance)

Guys anybody from Verizon have received the hike percentage for performing rating. I think this year also they won't adjust the package with market standards. ? Can anyone throw some light on this. I have 4.3 YOE currently and I was offered Engr II - Full Stack position in VDSI. But after doing some research it seems Engr II is usually for YOE between 2 and 4. Is this correct? Will there be a problem for me if I take up this position with my YOE?
Since I am a lateral entry, I think promotion to Engr III also would take a lot of time.
