Work in the payer/provider space -- approached by a good friend who works at Takeda to jump over. no pharmaceutical experience except in the PBM space.

Doable? Strategy and project delivery experience along with commercial. Or would the learning curve in the industry be too much ?

Hi all. I had a question regarding 2020 taxes. My understanding is that we as immigrants are not eligible for the following:
1. Getting any stimulus checks
2. Calming any relief stimulus refunds (or rebates on the taxes paid).

Hi everyone! I’m earning $130k as an associate product manager at my firm (boutique consulting), but I’m looking to jump . I have 5 YOE , but I recognize I am earning kind of high for an APM. Should I expect, or accept a pay cut ? If so, how much is reasonable

I have approximately 18 yoe in various roles, operations describes my experience best though I’m a scrappy, do-anything type. I’ve mostly worked at startups, small to large. I stumbled into a PM role at a startup which I really liked so I decided to go for it. I joined my current company as a Jr. PM just to get into the door as a “career changer”. I quickly moved up to Lead PM and I’m now researching what my next role might be. I know I sold myself short here and I don’t want to do it again.

Need some Advice.. I’m a professional MBA student that was working FT and used an PM internship to transition into the space. I stepped in for an actual PM who was on leave and was doing real work. In august they extended my internship to Nov. Yesterday, They offer me a FT APM role, but it starts July 10 and have to respond by 10/15. Internship still ends in Nov, so no employment for 7 months. I’m not too happy with the offer or the wait. What should I do? I am currently job searching.

How much QA does your team do? I just joined a Series C startup and finding out teams here have a QA person (outsourced) but the most they go off is the acceptance criteria (which is very loose) and there is no formal checklist or test scripts of QA they track. Is this common in later stage startups?

I’m have a BA and have done some UX/Data Analytics/Product School certs and now am researching which areas would be most beneficial to expand on for my next role. What do you find to be the hard or soft skills that helped you the most in your pm roles and industry?
