Ibm gives 22 vacation leave and 12 sick leaves but my team and PeM allows only 12 leaves (this includes both sick and vacation) leaves in a year which is very less . What are my options regarding leaves. If I take more than 12 in a year what can be the consequences?

Is there value in getting a PMP these days? I’ve been a project manager for 10 years primarily staffed on Tech projects for financial services companies.
