Hello. I recently got done with my 2nd technical round with Siemens for UI Dev role and I did well. During the initial screening , I told them that I can get my 90 days of notice to be reduced to 60 but after a recent chat with my colleagues, it looks like my company isnt willing to reduce the notice at any cost. I'm very concerned now, will Siemens be okay with 90 days? If the concern is that I would look for other jobs, I assure that I wont and I'll quit my job search if I get this.Kindly help

how much do clearview MDs make?
Base would be lower in big pharma. But you'll get LTI as well. Probably more in the 180-200k ish range for base + ~15% bonus + maybe 25k ish RSU vested over a few years.
AD salary in pharma (at my company) is $180k to $200k, 20% bonus, $30k annual RSU grant (you get a $30k grant every year), each grant is on a 3 year vesting schedule. 401k is solid too.

Can’t you aim the director level?
I understand.
You know the team and the role, if that’s a good opportunity, it’s great.
In my opinion, as a manager you get used to delegating simple tasks to others. As an AD, you most likely won’t have a direct report. It can also take a min of few years before you get a promotion to D. Knowing that you can get D in the industry, taking an AD role may make you resent it in the future. Again, you know the team and the boss, we don’t…
