Rising 4th year here. I’m happy at my current firm, but I hear another firm is planning to try and poach me. Are firms seriously giving cold offers right now? Given the lateral market and that I’m happy where I’m at and have nothing to lose, I’m thinking I’ll ask for a ridiculous signing bonus and just see what happens.
