I’d like to preface this post with saying I was in a very toxic relationship previously. I went to therapy, healed myself, and now feel I have found someone very healthy. Hi everyone, I recently accepted an offer at McKinsey (college hire BA). Can anyone tell me what the typical pay progression is? 2nd and 3rd year BAs, then first year EM? If I have a Master’s, would it be worth it to go get an MBA once I’m eligible? Do you think not having one will hinder me as I progress/if I decide to exit to industry?
