What is usually the role of an Office Manager. I need to set up interviews and are yet to establish the duties, dont want to give too much duties and also not too few. Any advice?

Where are my Account Directors at? Is 120 k too low for this role ? Tough client, 4+ team members to manage and 2 huge businesses. I’ve seen this role split in 2 in previous agencies. My gut is telling me to run.

I need insight on these “Tell me about a time” interview questions. I understand the response format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) however, I’m having difficulty with needing to have a story for a hella ton of scenarios when they’re asking these questions. Any tips/ tricks to pass this type of interview? So aggravating when interviewing and 90% of time in the interview are these questions and the last 10% are about your experience/ skills. Feel like I’m not able to really express myself.

I interviewed for an Associate Director position in Student Life within CUNY. Both interviews went great, especially the last one with the director. I was informed that I would hear back from them within two weeks. Long story short, it's been over two months and I never got a direct follow up as told; however, I see the exact position reposted on multiple sites, including on CUNY. I called HR and they were the ones who informed me that they decided to interview a new pool of candidates.

I’m interviewing for a an EA role to CEO, who is also interviewing for a chief of staff. CEO has alluded to me being a great CoS based on recent exp, and longer term COO and has asked if I’m going to find the EA role limiting. Do I address my interest in the CoS role, plus gaps in my experience or do I focus on the EA role and finding opps to add value outside of EA responsibilities without stepping on the CoS toes? What's a concise way to summarize this: didn't graduate the year I'm supposed to (2013), worked in between, went back to school and fnally finished bachelor's degree 6 years later (2019).
