Triage and prioritize ruthlessly (this goes with making sure people know what's going on).

Depends on the firm / your team. Some people definitely do not care at all. I keep a list for myself of all the things I need to do for each matter I’m on and when each thing needs to be done by. Prioritization is key.

Physical checklists. Paper, whiteboard, whatever you have—these are more helpful than lists in word or outlook, at least for me. Create lists for each matter with as many sub-topics as you need. Cross things off and reassess regularly.

Anyone move from Deloitte to EY recently? What was the interview process? Typical behavioral questions? I heard at one point EY removed the case interview but have been seeing it mentioned on fishbowl, any insight on that? What are some example prompts? Case interviews always make me really nervous but I don’t want to stay at Deloitte anymore. Thank you!
