OP, so taking your savings away, you're 86/7/7 in domestic stock/foreign stock/bond, right? Sounds good to me!

As you should be in your early 30s.

I’m 50; Bonds 25-30%, small and mid 15%, intl 20-23%, large cap the remainder. Large cap includes some utilities and infrastructure as well as REIT funds to provide addl income.

I’m 40 and have about 49% in real estate, 49% of net worth in stocks (all S&P 500 index funds or similar), and about 2% in cash/cash equivalents.

Not sure why you are over weighing domestic so much - isn’t that we’re most of your other risks (eg job) are?

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I do everything well at my job except for attention to detail within my excel files & emails. Will taking ADHD medication really fix this? Does anyone else have this issue and was it resolved by taking medication?

With a multi year market bill run, real estate crushing it, cryptos and startups flourishing, the number of millionaires, decamillionaire, centimillionaires and billionaires is growing rapidly. Add inflation in the mix and I worry that my former FIRE goal of 10M by 50 just won’t cut it the way the world is moving. Heck, I have more friends than ever sitting with a household net worth of 10M at 35-40 not to mention all that boomer wealth transfer coming their way. How to plan?

Employee stock purchase plans. My employer has an ESPP that allows me to buy stock at 5% discount on the last day of each month. There are no fees for purchasing the stock or reinvesting dividends. There is a $15-30 fee to sell depending on the type of sales order. Is it worth it to contribute and sell once or twice a year to take advantage of the 5% “free money” while also avoiding the risk of putting too much money in my employer? It’s a pretty stable utility if that matters.
