I am eagerly looking for a job change but I don't want to limit myself to just Marketing (I have 3 years of experience in DM).
What are the other job options available for me without having to start all over again? What is a lucrative business/market/industry r.n.? I would love to work for Blockchain, Defi, AI, ML or even sustainability industry but I am open to other options.

Is Online masters/certificate program worth it? I do not have a masters which is affecting my growth. Would an online /part time course be a better choice or an immersive 1 year experience has more value?
Recently switch from a technology company to a big bank. I am extremely frustrated with the tech stack, the mentality of the tech teams, and the fact that software engineers are considered second class citizens.
I have plenty of time to do side projects, even a second job if possible.
Does it make sense to advertise my situation in order to get a second job where I can utilize my full potential? At this time I feel I don't want to pursue another job elsewhere.

What is a "good enough" reason to reach out to a partner at your firm? There is a partner at my firm in a completely different practice who comes from the same hometown as me (think ~5k population). I'm interested in hearing about his journey, but I don't want to do the type of work he does. Is it worth it for me to reach out?
I want to be promoted to manager in 1 or 2 years. I would like to make this point clear to my bosses, but in an ‘adult way’ (so not just running into the room and yelling ‘I want a promotion, because I deserve it’). I would like to make clear that I know the promotion must be earned and that I am willing to go the extra mile for that, but that I am serious about this.

EY MD 🐠 , I’m a newly promoted MD and have a few questions on comp timelines I’m hoping you can help answer since there have been 0 comms to MDs on this 😔:
1. I’ve heard we don’t find out new salaries until mid-Aug with others below PP. Given others new comp doesn’t start until Oct, do you know if that’s when our new comp starts too even though our new titles are already effective?
2. Does the MD rating/comp timeline continue to follow the timeline for others going forward after the first yr?
