What is your favorite ATS software? I'm starting the RFP process and I wanted to get some input on what is working for other organizations. We are a small company, so our needs are pretty basic.

Greenhouse - they are built to be API forward and are recruiter and end user friendly. For a small company, it fits the bill because it’s scalable. If you purchase a large enterprise HCM like Workday or Oracle, you’ll have too many modules to configure and it’s just an insanely resource intensive process.


I'ved used Workday, Bullhorn, and Greenhouse and GH is my favorite thus far.


Greenhouse is my favorite. It’s highly configurable to your needs.


Erecruit or taleo. I think erecruit is better.

We use Clear Company and have no complaints. It integrates directly into our HRIS which is nice for onboarding.

Career advice: I became an HR mgr/BP relatively early on in my career so have 7 years BP exp. and 9 overall. I work in pharma as a Sr. BP/manager now. I’d like to make a move into an AD or higher role but seem to only get consideration for lateral moves. Not sure if it’s because I don’t have enough experience or if I’ve never had direct reports? AITA? my manager came in today coughing up a lung and she sits at the desk right next to me. I want to hire 3 software developers and don't care about the location as long as there is a 4h overlap. I was thinking of approaching 3 different recruiting agencies from different locations, so that their talent pool doesn't overlap. I want to do this to speed up the process and pick the best-fit candidates from several locations. The only problem with this is the risk of wasting time with bad local recruiting agencies.

Anyone tried this before? is this a bad idea? Any tools to help with it?
