I’m a layout engineer for a large construction company. I make 31/hr, 280 a week per diem. 1000$ month truck allowance. Lodging and all expenses paid by the company. One WEEK PTO That said, I’ve been here two years. No raise, no bonus, no opportunity for advancement. Is this typical? Or should I look elsewhere.

The firm asked me and another senior associate to take the first year out to lunch on her first day. Sure no prob. Then they asked me to submit the invoice and they only reimburse for the first year lunch and not mine or the other senior associate. It was $75 between all of us and I only got like $20 back. Hi, I am an Emergency Room RN with 11 years of nursing experience. I live in long island NY, and am going for an ASU RN position. With inflation, how much is realistic to accept for hourly rate? My (boutique) agency believes that marketing = being really good at ad buying.
