Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day.

It is not the same in the US offices - we get free lunch.
We have casual dress, free lunch everyday, the newest airpod pros for everyone, and under armour jackets too. Also our first week back they did an espresso bar and breakfast too. Think we’ve always had free parking.
A14, I just was trying to inject a little humor. I and 90% of those I know are in a situation that sounds different from yours, leading to different considerations (I just don’t see my family at all when working in the office, and don’t get enough sleep when up late working and needing to commute in, etc.), with relatively few benefits from going in (most of the team is in other offices or remote, and the office has no actual work benefits, just distractions, noise, and hearing about other peoples’ problems instead of seeing your family or others you may want to see in the small time available for that, with the commute eating any sleep or recreation time one may have had), so the prospect of going in sounds terrible. I find those in your boat are more willing to speak up since those who want to go in are viewed as more committed, so there are a lot of people, especially those with families, silently dreading this.
My firm is offering a choice between (a) veiled threats, (b) “but our culture!” and (c) coercion.
A9: don’t be too sorry. I quit the firm.

Essentially
My firm cancelled the office lease and is renting a suite in some office building, which requires us asking for space ahead of time. I did so a handful of times - it’s a tiny office in a grimy building. The building has bathrooms, which is nice I guess. Name partner wonders why no one wants to go back. Also wonders why they’re bleeding associates lol
Your guess is as good as mine
Free parking would be a dope perk in Boston… we’re getting lunch a couple days a week
My building is $37!
Free lunch. Meh.
Gift cards to buy merchandise with the company logo on it
Getting to hear about a case assistant’s bunions instead of seeing my children.
That’s a good description of the partner life. You can get away with any given thing, but only so much and at meaningful social/professional cost
Free parking would be like a $10K perk at my office, would be a HUGE incentive.
Lunch… once a week. It’s in a box. Meh is right.

Free lunch once a week. Also we can officially wear “work appropriate” casual clothing, whatever that means. Maybe jeans but not ripped jeans??

Occasional free lunch and snacks. Free coffee. This is Latham, so no wonder it’s so pathetic lol
Enthusiast
A smaller amount of passive aggressive emails and comments regarding how long it’s been since they’ve last seen you.
My firm isn't offering anything.
But I would LOVE to be able to wear denim.

Nothing.
Full barista station that’s part of our renovation. Free snacks every day from local businesses. Casual but clean dress code. Social events here and there. Pretty chill policy. It’s flex but not enforced or required. It’s encouraged so we’ve been seeing people trickle in
Free lunch twice a week, a roving coffee cart some days, random other fun food surprises (donuts, pie), more frequent happy hours, and some firm-branded swag (got a backpack and a water bottle). We’re encouraged to come in a couple times a week but not required. The perks make the difference for me—you know I’m coming in on donut day, lol.
Coach
We got a tote bag.
