I am working at MSLGROUP as an Associate, less than 1 yoe , they have asked me to relocate in 4 weeks to the Location (currently wfh).
Also I have an offer from one of the competitors based in my City.
Relocating will shoot up my expenses and joining the competitor is kind of a downgrade in terms of brand.
What do you think guys?

I bought Peloton at $27. I could only afford to put in $3000 at the time and had planned on putting more in later in the year, but the price has gone up so much since then that I’ve missed the boat myself!

Apple
Just food for thought: when I bought a healthy (about one year’s salary) slug of Apple in the 2012-2014 period...all the things you read online said that it’s best days were over...it was already the largest company in the world!...now it’s like “can’t get much bigger than $2 Trillion!”...but here’s the thing, you don’t need it to be bigger than $2T to earn an ok return...if it is volatile and they repurchase shares at their current clip...it’s highly likely they could earn at least 7% annual and still be at a $2T market cap a decade from now by shrinking their shares outstanding by close to that rate. That’s actually pretty conservative, but I don’t expect anywhere near the 8 bagger I’ve had the last 6-8 years going forward the next 8 years. It’ll do ok, and that’s enough for me. Back when I bought it on an EV to revenue basis, Apple’s revenues were priced in line with the average S&P500 company (something like two times revenue if I remember correctly) and I thought that was insane because I’d rather have their high profit margin and defensible and broadly distributed revenues than the average revenues any day...BUT the comparison is not the same today...it’s probably close to 2-3 times pricier through that lens...I think it is fair to be priced higher than it was and if they execute their bundle strategy well then I think we can see better than market returns from here...but it isn’t the slam dunk that it was. I’d actually be thrilled if it dropped 50% or more as long as the company remained successful and executed well because then the share buyback would be much more effective. That being said...I haven’t found another company since then that I was confident enough in to invest six figures(ok technically, I also own six figures of Berkshire, but that really doesn’t feel the same being that it is really like hundreds of businesses)...until about two months ago. I’m not going to tell you guys about it because it only trades an average daily volume of $100k or so and I don’t need anyone else trying to buy alongside me...wish me luck.
Overstock.
Their internal VC fund focuses on crypto, difi, and tokenization. Easy way to play fintech at a lower EV/sales ratio than SQ or PYPL.
This is a long term hold and not an earnings play.

Lol these are exactly the two I have as my forever stocks. MSFT APPL. Was hoping for more choices. I need 5 total.
Forever meaning next 5, 10, retirement or death (pass it on).
JPM is a very well run company but for a decades long holding... there’s concerns about massive financial disruption coming that concern me.
Oh ok. I have it as a swing stock right now. Overstock.
