Anyplace without a fridge full of my food.
WFH full time. No mandatory WFO unless there’s a meeting or something important, or just setup a mandatory in person office meeting once every two weeks to make sure everyone is doing good. If people can’t work from home for whatever reason then they should be able to work from the office. WFH with a mandatory WFO two or three days a week will ultimately get weeded out. Many people are efficient from home and as long as they’re meeting their requirements there is no reason to force them back into the office.
WFH 3 days a week.
WFH forever. Done with the dress code, constant interrupting, empty apologies, and daily attitudes.
I can’t get much done at home. I’m way more productive in my office. When I work from home, the people around me don’t realize I’M WORKING. Kids want to come over “for just a little while” with their kiddos (my precious grandchildren); husband thinks I should go to Home Depot with him to pick something out . . . . . It goes on and on. And the distractions. I could go on. I definitely like to do my work at my office where there are so many fewer interruptions.
WFH Fridays
This should be standard IMO
One without children running through it 🙄
100% agree.
I will be in the office everyday like before. I've always had the option of WFH, but I hate it.
I worked from home every Friday before all this. I’ll probably stay home at least Monday and Friday now. Partners on my team don’t really care where we work as long as the work gets done.
We can WFH whenever so long as our hours are met, they say, but there is still an unspoken expectation that we should always be in our office. I think ideally I’d go in 2-3x a week. Tired of doing my makeup, interruptions, unnecessary dry cleaning Bill.
I’ve saved a ton on dry cleaning bills and distractions are virtually zero.
Go into the office once a week
WFH encouraged for those who want to.
Work from the office every day, wfh only when absolutely need to (i.e. sick, coming back from court, etc.). I miss being in the office, downtown, around people.
Wow. Same here except the exact opposite
I hope to work from home at least three days a week. I really don’t want to be in the office unless needed
I’m never going back
Office two days a week. WFH 3 days a week. Way less drama and wastes of time. I am thinking of starting some team meetings via Skype. I see no need to be in office everyday. No firm or client meeting, no reason to be in office.
One of the partners that works with a core group of associates has been doing daily “morning joe” zoom calls where we discuss news, case strategies etc and it’s been very bonding and makes us feel like a part of a team...we all really like it
WFH 2 days a week but realistically I’d be grateful for any lee-way to WFH. My company believes you’re not working if they can’t see you - we’re having meetings to essentially explain what we’ve been doing with our time.
My office is the same. It's annoying having to do daily report outs.
I was already WFH most Fridays. This makes me want to do it a bit more (esp if my partner also keeps some flexibility going forward - he’s now on an alternating work schedule and it’s been so nice being home together during the days when usually I don’t seem him at all if we’re busy) but I would still want to be in the office a few days a week. Tuesday’s and Thursdays maybe.
WFH twice a week
Extremely fortunate: Already had a WFH schedule for 2 days of the week and most of my team worked remotely at least one day a week.
Work at office. Relax at home. Keep them separate. Keep your sanity.
