What is your investment strategy as we face this new wave of COVID? It seems there is a lot uncertainties in the market. Will you invest a lot if there is a dip? Will you sell some?

Why not invest a little more than usual?

Don’t you think most ppl were investing what they could get away with already? It’s not like I have a magic bucket of money sitting around that all of a sudden I don’t need for living expenses.

I DCA more than my usual amount and frequency when the market panics like this. I have always made the most money when I buy more every time it dips like this.

I haven’t seen my partner in over a year due to covid and I know his family is going to want to do a family trip once restrictions are lifted to go visit him overseas. (He is in the army stationed in South Korea). Would it be wrong of me if I said I wanted to go alone and be with him by myself? I feel like that may make me look a tad bratty but I don’t want to spend time with his family all fighting for his attention.

Tax Q! My uncle is a professional painter. He claims his basement studio as his office and also expenses any hotels and plane costs for when he travels to paint on his taxes. Does anyone have advice for starting over your wardrobe after losing a decent amount of weight? Not really on purpose, but after gaining weight during covid, I “overcorrected” and now I’m three pant sizes smaller than my usual size and most of my bras don’t fit. I know it’s a “good” problem to have but it’s kind of frustrating I have so many cute/expensive clothes that I still would love to wear but they don’t fit anymore

Okay everyone, I need to rant here. I'm so sick and tired of getting an email everyday! And I mean every single day getting a COVID 19 email saying there are cases. My school gets so many cases, I firmly believe we need to go back on lock down and online. This is getting ridiculous that we put state funding over the well being of our students and staff!! I dont want to get sick nor get covid or spread it to our students. And our job wonders why no one wants to work for us and stay working.

When you feel the sickness creeping in, what can you do to prevent it from getting worse. Currently keep clearing my throat, but so far doesn’t hurt yet. Any advice? Don’t think it’s COVID, could just be a common cold. After all, it is the season for it.

DonTheCon's "I got covid" and "I beat covid" is the biggest hoax in modern political history. Watch the news drive this new "American hero's victory over China virus" narrative to spin the lying incumbent's faltering campaign back into the mix. He will soon announce Regeneron's "tremendously effective" vaccine with a personalized story to back up the fake narrative . He'd gain the votes + money!

Moving office space to a primarily virtual-office membership which allows for more remote opportunities - any suggestions as to what to look for, be wary of, and perquisites we could ask for that aren't otherwise advertised? A friend told me they will often add additional conference room time at no extra cost - we are looking to minimize our spending as we rebuild and refocus perspective during the unending pandemic.

In a predicament need some thoughts: I’m getting offered a new role (not a promotion, just a new role within my project) that has more lead level responsibilities. It seems if I take this role and do well at it, I could potentially get promoted mid year or end year.
