I have done alot of renovations recently and don’t want to price it lower. Realtors i have spoken to suggested based on the recent home sales in the area but not too many similar homes were sold in the zip code to get a good idea. Appreciate ur responses.

I have an offer to a commercial real estate company in hand. My current brokerage (residential focus) wants me to pay $3000 penalty since I’m breaking the contract and leaving. I’m financially struggling and 3k is a big number to pay now. The new job will be paying me $2000/month up until the first year only. Is it wise to pay or stick around in residential sales just to avoid that penalty?

Hello all! I am looking for a referral for Accenture. 3 years of experience as an Operations Analyst.

I am recently received an invite for a meeting with a partner and a HR person which means I am either going to be laidoff or put on a reduced schedule (60% time for 60% pay). I would rather being laidoff since I don’t want to still work 100% with 60% pay. How would I frame it if they put me on the reduced schedule? I don’t want to say “you have to fire me” since it might be counted as resignation and I won’t receive the severance package.
