What is your opinion of leaving jobs off of your resume? For example, would you leave off a job that you were at for four months? Or a job that has nothing to do with the position you’re applying to?

has anyone left B4 for an industry role and came back to B4? how was your experience? did the industry role help you in the transitioning process?

I got passed on an industry position that I was really excited about. Had multiple interviews with the company and was 1 of 2 people left and they went with the other person. Had a great WLB and over a 40% pay increase. Feeling very discouraged and kinda like I just got dumped. Find it difficult to believe that there will be many other opportunities like this. Any advice to stay encouraged?

How would you answer the question Why McKinsey in the Middle East in interviews?
To me, it does not seem straight-forward.
For instance, international staffing, McKinsey’s most distinctive feature does not really exist in the Middle East. Consultants must work in the Middle East first and can only work from time to time out of the region as opposed to other offices which are more open.

7 years of experience & still an Analyst. Performance is not the issue. I'm always told my work is "impressive" and "really good", but somehow, I'm still an Analyst.
