Juice cleanses are always a bad idea. It’s just a ton of sugar and water. Eat lots of fibrous greens and grill some chicken for a few days. No alcohol
Juice isn't going to do much, drinking more water will.
I do one day juice cleanses now and then. Is there any science to support doing them? Nah. Do they help me mentally reset and reframe how I approach food, while also getting me very hydrated and on a lower number of calories for the day? Yup. I find them personally refreshing and helpful to kickstart healthier habits, but your mileage may vary.

Also exercise a bunch - try to walk or moderate cardio for 2 hours a day, and drink a ton of water.
One day water fast will address weight better.
A one day wonder won’t cure anything. Just start eating a healthier diet full of fruits and vegetables, and whole grains, drink lots of winter, limit alcohol, exercise and sleep. On an ongoing permanent basis.
