I am seeing it in every part of India. I have folks from each city in my network. In Bangalore itself there is a huge mismatch in packages. Jaipur being a small town offering more in hand than a lot of Bangalore big companies. This is creating chaos. Some company in Pune offere 30+ CTC to a junior developer for same kind of SF work. This is crazy. It is there, few of my friends/former colleague are earning 9 lPA at 5 years and few of them have started earning More than 20LPA. Average of 16LPA, most of the people earning in my network. This is a huge gap,whereas all of them are skilled to do same type of SF work.
