He has not been able to replace me since I left in November. He is insisting on his EA being in the office 5 days per week. He's asked for a call with me to discuss what he can do to attract a solid EA. Besides me saying, "Please consider this as a hybrid role," what else can I tell him? What are your compelling reasons for wanting to be hybrid/remote?

Got the confirmation from lti saying that i have cleared all the rounds as senior BA. Since i received confirmation from them i have opted out of all the other offers. But now the recruitment team is saying that the requirement is on hold, we can't release an offer letter.
