So, I'm just curious to know why there's such a negative stigma behind EC services. It's not only from students, but teachers as well. I've had teachers say that they didn't think kids should be pulled out bc they'll feel singled out and didn't want them to be seen as associated with EC...Wth?! Is there something wrong with having an honest conversation about what kids need to be more successful? I feel like if it wasn't so taboo and people genuinely understood, we could change that. Just a rant

On my 4th snow day-1st actually for snow. Only 5 built in to schedule. Very nervous we will go over and have to report during April break. Of course have plans for FL this year.

Just got my paystub for 2022 and let’s just say I am not happy. Just found out my federal taxes have increased by over $100 a month. Now I am bringing in over $100 less than last month. Got to love big government. All those hand outs were not free after all!

A great teacher (or administrator) is someone who can see not just what a person is, but what they are capable of becoming.

Is teaching your job, career, profession, mission, or calling? How has that descriptor changed for you over time and why? I personally think we need people in all these categories and there are things to be learned from each approach.
