Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?

McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company been working here one year and received pretty positive feedback. Given the expectation for people of my tenure to transition to EM in a year or so, I can’t see myself staying due to the WLB as an EM. I’m 35 and have 2 young kids. Can it even be realistically done? Would love to stay but I don’t see a balance which would keep my family happy. What options do I have from there?

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

La mer cleanser with Luna. Moisturizing sheer mask, La mer toner, CPB lotion, la mer cream. Lip balm.
D2 - I’d do some research on the ingredients in la mer if you haven’t already. There’s a lot better products out there for much cheaper
I have normal to dry skin. I use Bioderma, Caudelie Vino serum, Sunday Riley Luna, La Mer cream, SKII eye cream. La Roche Posay SPF50 antioxidant serum in the daytime.
I usually buy my eye cream at duty free for half price but guess that’s not really viable atm

I’m overly obsessed, so I use basically the entire line. It’s all designed to be combined. I use:
AM: bright C, B hydra, and protini
PM: night serum, merula oil as normal, and then some nights I add a passioni retinal (3x/week)
I wash my face with the jelly cleanser.
Toner, serum, moisturizer, eye cream daily. SPF if I go outside and 2x a week face masks
I use an algenist cream after I shower. In the shower, just a basic face scrub. Sometimes I use a sunscreen from supergoop. Don’t use moisturizer but I might buy a La Roche one bc I used that brand when I visited France and it’s a little nostalgic for me.
Use my face steamer (~$20 on amazon) almost daily now, along with an occasional face mask, facial toner, serum, eye cream, day/night moisturizer, and a jade roller I keep in my fridge and use in the mornings.
You got time to work with all that prep?
Combination of Vichy and La Roche Posay night and day moisturizer. Neocutis eyes for night, Vichy Hydra eyes for days. Skinceuticals CE Ferulic and skin brightened for days, a different one for nights. I’m almost 36 but often get comments that I’m late 20s/early 30s and I can def thank my mom and all the expensive products she got me hooked on!

Clean & Clear foam cleanser, Neutrogena toner and scrub once a day. Nature Republic moisturizer at night. When I was in consulting, I bought the bar cleanser from Neutrogena because it lasts forever and you can bring it on a flight
Honestly - it’s the best. I’ve only ever used Julep oil cleanser and Neutrogena. Julep was too expensive.
