I’m in a tough spot. I started my first industry job two weeks ago (FP&A). I FINALLY heard back from another job that I have been waiting on since January (federal government agency). Pay is a little higher, but benefits are a lot better. I’m playing a pretty big role in my current position. I’d feel really bad about leaving. Anyone ever been in this situation? Should I leave or stay? Literally the only reason I’d be leaving is for better benefits.

Just received an offer letter for 80k with 10% bonus structure, 3 YOE, Houston TX for full cycle recruitment including college recruiting (would be the only recruiter, company went public this year)… 80k was the salary they would offer “the right candidate”, wondering if I should counter? 1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

Hello fishes, i got an offer from Germany where the pay is 59k . They are helping me out with the initial setup including finding home, stay for 2 months visa and tickets. Also, there are 4 bonuses each quarter with min of 25% as bonus. My total years of experience is 8 years and I am an sap technical consultant. Let me know if this is a good pay.
