Weights for strength, size, fat burn. Do a full body routine split over 4-6 days
Cardio: Rowing is better than running
8am-9am running every day
Joined Iron Tribe in June. It’s similar to CrossFit. The workouts are always different so you don’t get burnt out doing the same stuff over and over. Coaches are great and very helpful. I love it.
3 mile run on Tues and Fri mornings, 8+ mile run on Sat, 45 min strength training 2 to 3 days
I go to the gym near the office before work.
It cuts the time of my commute. Get to work at 8:30 AM leave work between 4 and 5 depending on evening plans.
