Hi all, Next week, my interview was scheduled in Salesforce triage support engineer role. I have some doubt please clarify me! 1. What are the questions for triage support engineer? 2. What they will prefer? 3. How do I prefer for my interview? 4. What is the salary package for this role? I have three years experience. Please guide me!
I just got an email from a recruiter from Google!
Omgomgomgomg
He said that the position is in the Bay Area or New York. I haven’t replied the email. I don’t think we can move to those cities, but I don’t want to lose this opportunity. Does anyone know if Google does remote jobs within US?

A referral from someone in the team you’re applying to is the gold standard. Second best is probably a noteworthy person in the organization (thinking director/principal level). I have yet to be impressed with a recruiter.
Recruiters’ business model is comp based on placement, usually a % of salary. The company may be able to pass saved expense to you in the form of sign on bonus if you were referred.
Thank you for your responses so basically if I get refferal from someone there is some chance I get better salary instead of hired via recruiters. Right?
Ah. No.
Salary depends on what you’re bringing to the table, your negotiating skills, and market trends. The referral or recruiter is just to help get the manager’s attention. After that it’s on your shoulders.
