In the process of interviewing for a senior technical csm position at a tech company and I'd like to get an idea of the typical comp range for this role so I have something to go off of when we get to that discussion.

I’m currently a sales development rep and I’ve been with the company for almost 11 months. I’m interested in making a lateral move into sales recruiting or Account management preferable within the company but open to outside because (1) I don’t feel like I can be successful in this role and (2) the base pay is very low and not competitive enough to live in SF. I recommended a candidate for hire to a manager that reports directly to me. This person is a perfect match, but wanted the manager to obviously recommend. It has to be a fit. I have an offer from Amdocs and CSG. As SDE1. In amdocs i would be put in healthcare domain (c++) and in csg i would be working on the RnD department on a cloud based technology (c++, .net, c#, aws).
