Thinking of making the jump from a well-known agency, working on big brands (doing so-so) work to a small-mid sized (creative-driven) agency with both small and big clients. Thoughts?

How did those of you who were deferred for partnership deal with it? Feels like a punch to the gut and I don’t agree with the reasoning I was given. Makes me want to leave PA for good, but trying not to make an emotional decision.

Student Loan ReFi: with the fed signaling yesterday they may raise interest rates earlier than expected, is anyone still waiting to refi until we get closer to end of forbearance on May 1, rather than locking in a lower interest rate now? I understand the loan forgiveness angle, but I’m a high earner with high loan balance and doubt I’d qualify for any forgiveness so locking in a lower interest rate is becoming more appealing to me.
