What jobs / companies are best for 1 yoe consulting experience with a visa

Assuming I have completed the PERM process with Company A and 180 days have passed after i140 approval. Can I keep shifting to other companies B, C etc. and use the original i140 approval to renew/extend my H1B based on this? Can I finally file PERM about 2 years before the PD becomes current? Is it possible to extend using original i140 even though I left CompanyA?

Hey fish, I unfortunately need to file for an amendment to my current H1B. My employer doesn't want to pay for premium processing, given the uncertainty right now, though I have the option to pay.
