What kind of background is best suited for being a ProductOps(POM)?

I am actively seeking opportunities in operations and customer services in the capacity of Manager or Senior Manager.

I have total of 13.9 years of experience and not working at present.

What careers are there after IT Audit. Would you recommend staying until you are a manager or just a senior? Would you recommend getting your MBA?

Does anyone have first hand experience with this?

What is your go to strategy for motivation to do a large task that needs to get done but you’re just not feelin it? Like reviewing and tying out a set of FS or a significant work paper.

Are there any digital marketing/growth hacking folks here who would be interested in joining us? We have all of the other pieces in play. 3 ex-McK/BCG people on the team right now

It’s such an unsettling feeling to want to hear from someone and not want to at the same time. I’m shocked I haven’t thrown my phone against a wall. My mind wants a Rage Room but my body is exhausted and just wants sleep.

What is a good benchmark of operations roles vs strategy roles to have in a Product organization? For example, I’ve heard Product Manager is about 1 per 5 million in revenue.

Just talked to a doordash recruiter for analytics manager role which requires 6+ years work experience. They offered 108k base and 107k equity over 4 years. So that ~130k and it’s much less than what I make. The LinkedIn link says the range in Colorado is 115k-149k base. I live in a big city in Pacific Northwest which is not Seattle. Am I being low balled?
