What kind of classes would you recommend to a junior art director fresh out of portfolio school who has great conceptual chops but needs more experience with design?

I desperately want to switch jobs but every time I sit down to prep or network, I have an anxiety attack or I distract myself with my phone or the television. I have pushed out some interviews so many times that I don't know if the companies will agree to one more change. Anyone have any recommendations for how they worked through their anxiety when prepping for interviews?

Sorry if this isn't relevant to this bowl. I have PCOS and was on birth control pills for 3 years. I got off it and we started trying right away. It's been 50 days and I didn't have my period. I was certain we got lucky and this morning the pregnancy test was negative. I had my hopes up too much and this test result hurt me more than I expected. I started feeling guilty about my weight, prioritizing my career and felt really disappointed. I know it's early and we can still try but it hurts 😞

Anybody have any statistics on how well web sites work when each primary page has “long scroll” with 4 or 5 other pages that follow?

Would you rather:

Be laid off unexpectedly with an immediate termination date but you have a severance package.

OR

Have three weeks notice the end of your contract is up and won’t be renewed but have no benefits because you’re a contractor?

Currently going through the latter and curious how others who have lost (or will lose) their job would feel.

Does T3 do ANY traditional creative work? Or is it all mobile app development and e-commerce stuff? Is it a creative death sentence to go work there.

Ever since I started in advertising I have been given polar opposite critiques on my work. Some say I’m great while others say this isn’t the job for you.
