I just tried this - pretty cool. Are these supposed to be used at certain times (feeling overwhelmed, panic attack, etc.?)

EY - this might be just me but I’m very closed off and don’t do a good job of thinking about or expressing how I feel. So even the process of writing these short little reflections kind of helps provide me with some sort of outlet. I find doing a quick 2-3 minute reflection in the app actually helps me feel a bit better even if I haven’t identified a ton of negative thought patterns, but YMMV.
