Please use the company bowl when asking questions about our terrible benefits package. This will avoid public embarrassment to the firm.
The firm pays for the hotel gym Mon-Thurs make sure you get all your workouts in during the work week
LoL
As far as I know KPMG wants to focus on higher purpose of life by quality work than mere earthly benefits. ( *former kpmg employee who needed earthly benefits)
One with treadmills and weight machines
Average Joe’s babay
Forgiveness please
I thought you couldn't expense lunch? How do you have energy to work out?
OP have you checked your local office? Mine offers discounts to a nearby gym. Also as someone mentioned the firm offer equinox discounts as well. As for the $1200, its Seniors and Associates as of FY19, able to be paid out quarterly. They opened up the program for Seniors only this FY, not sure the details but you can find it on the intranet under the people tab.
Omg KPMG6, can you suggest this to EY? We get a measly annual $500.
@K3 wow if that is true good for you guys. We use the hotel gyms
There’s a company bowl?!
There are discounts for equinox and reimbursement up to $1200 a year for Seniors
@K3 - what is this 1200 reimbursement you speak of
K3 has his facts messed up. I think it’s for seniors and associates and it’s to replace the other retention program previously implemented.
@SC2 that's EYs nonsense to not expense lunch
EY3 i came from KPMG I can vouch they have none. The 500 that we have is something KPMG never had. That 1200 money is something completely different. Each year the seniors postpone their bonus money or some allowance to next year so that it gets doubled. They put this in place so that nobody leaves during senior years.
EY2, but we do lol - program changed, what you're talking about doesnt exists and has been "updated" to what I semi explained. Whether its better or worse is up to anyone's discretion, but its an option OP can use if s/he falls into the right employee type
K6 what’s the right employee type? I’m associate MC
OP you'll be eligible starting FY19
