Weight loss is stagnating (23 M, 5’10” previously 210lbs 29.5% BF now 188ish lbs 21.5% BF) and I figure tuning up nutrition could be the extra kick I need.

I like RX bars, but thinking of switching to fruit with natural PB (I.e. only peanuts and oil) since guessing anything that isn’t processed will help give me that extra push to my goal (175 lbs 15% BF). Any ideas are appreciated!

I am looking. To accept a position out of state within my company. The position is posted and I am very likely to get the job .it would be an internal transfer. Currently making $250K all-in as a Finance Director but only got 3% increase this past review. My pay was down 5% due to COVID last year, so from 2020 to 2022 my pay is flat.
