OP, I can’t answer your question but just wanted to say I’m in the same boat. I am 1.5 years into my career as a developer and have the same question except for MS Dynamics CRM..
I could’ve sworn I’ve seen more F&O postings 😂. Anyway, I definitely want to stay as a developer. As for CRM, I think I’ll wait it out for 2 to 3 more years years which should give me enough experience to apply for mid-level C# developer roles. I feel that you could do that same and market yourself as a C# developer since X++ is virtually the same thing.
