Herman Miller chair, ergonomic desk setup. I'm currently getting physical therapy and the practice said the number of patients with work-related repetitive stress injuries is through the roof.
I say our emplyers should assign everyone a date and we can pick up a chair from the office and borrow it until we return to "normal."

Honestly in covid having an event planner that has a few project teams assigned who helps plan the regular team events would be a pretty big perk since it takes a long time to think of something creative the deeper we get into quarantine
Or at least some sort of event planner concierge like we have with slide help that helps with logistics if you provide the ideas or something. I think it would be a really interesting and useful perk.
