What kind of return to work notes are you writing for mild cases of COVID-19?

Help! I haven’t ordered anything for an on-site business breakfast (50+ people) in NYC since pre-covid. My old stand-bys have since closed up shop. Any recs for a Devon & Blakey type place on the west side of Manhattan south of Times Square?

If have no restrictions to save economy is on one end of spectrum while total quarantine to save lives from covid is on end of other spectrum, where’s the middle ground?
This question has been on my mind for weeks. Time to crowdsource this IMO

People with depression in big law- how do you manage? How do you meet your hours? The lack of support/training and being remote has been very hard on me.

I’ve been getting my meds the last few months from Cerebral but just the dreaded email that they will no longer be prescribing stimulants starting in October due to regulatory changes. Does anyone know if this is for all telehealth services or just some? It’s been amazing not having to go in person and scrambling to make up my hours at work just to get the same meds I’ve been taking for almost 10 years.

So I’m currently in the training process (20 weeks) and we start live phone calls next Monday and I’m a bit nervous to start talking to people on the phone in regards to their insurance. It’s been a lot of information to retain.. I know that we get 6 months of coaching after training but I still feel really uneasy. Is there any advice for a new health care concierge? Thank you!! @

Does anyone here take concerta and struggle with the “concerta crash” as the medicine wears off? I’ve been on it since 7th grade and feel like the coming down effects have been a lot more draining recently. It makes my evenings pretty unenjoyable. On 54mg currently (have been at this dosage for probably 8 years) wondering if I should ask about lower dosage or explore a different medicine. Any advice is much appreciated!

At this moment, I am almost depressed. I am in a relationship with this guy for 2 years now. In the past 2 years, we have fought more than we have lived days with peace. We both have high ego problems because of which it’s really hard to resolve a conflict. Things have recently escalated to calling names/swearing and even physically abuse from both sides.
