I have an offer from a company where my salary is 30% higher than my current place, and the benefits are great. I'm pretty happy with the overall package , only negative is my 4 weeks vacation will turn into 3. They've already said no to matching my 4 weeks.

I’ve been in my current role for less than a year and within my first 6 months multiple managers left as well as my hiring manager and multiple developers on a team I manage.
