Hi I have offer from tcs but at my current company I have signed a bond but when I resigned my company not accepting resignation and not taking the break amount. Remaining time is of 9 months. What to do if I email to tcs they will not accepting me without reliving letter. Please guide me.

My firm has a collections budget (80% of your billable rate x 1850 hours) and an hourly budget that must be met in order to be eligible for a bonus. The firm cares very little about originations and will reward someone for making their collections over someone who brings in new work. I missed my collection budget due to some odd timing with a client, but originated more than all my peers so no bonus for me. I’ve been at this same mid level firm for 9 years and it’s all I know. Is this normal??

I took a JR Pm role due to lack of agency experience but I find that the other PMs aren’t doing anything that I’m not & due to lack of leadership, resourcing & foresight I have had to step up and own rooms with no mentorship/guidance. I feel like I was duped and brought in on a jr role w/regular PM asks &no aupport. I was approached by another agency for an associate Pm position. Reaching out for any advice on questions to ask to truly assess resourcing, support and autonomy at a new place. Thx!

Anyone else dealing with the one secretary per floor and only help partners, not associates. Associates have to use document services department? Is this some new efficient administrative model? Or a sign of hard times coming?

Looking for strap options for a new Datejust 36 (steel/yellow gold, white dial, fluted bezel). I kind of like the idea of curved straps to close the gap to the case but not sure if this look will fit the classic look of a DJ. Also would prefer to use a strap where I can attach the Rolex clasp. Thinking a leather option and maybe a rubber would be cool to make it wearable in almost every setting. Did some research online but slightly overwhelmed. Thanks for your help and recommendations!
