Hey guys, I just recently graduated with my bachelors degree and am working full time as a software engineer. I want to continue my education and in a few years apply to one of the bigger tech companies. Not necessarily a FAANG, but I would like to be prepared enough that I could take a job at a FAANG company at a mid senior level. What would you guys suggest doing to further my education? Are there classes or certifications that would be helpful? I hear a lot of people talking leet code?

My wife is a Fragile X carrier, so with this and trouble conceiving we are doing IVF and doing genetic testing on the embryos. There were 2 options Natera and Cooper. We went with Natera - and they take so long!! It sounds like it will be months before they send sample collection kits to us and close family members, then use those samples to develop a customized embryo test. Natera is fine with us beginning hormone stimulation in parallel, but our RE won’t allow it (no clear explanation why).

Tranferred to another team third time during 7 months stint. The new team is not happy and are giving me namesake training and has said if not performed starting next month, I will be out. I have my wedding next week and they are giving me exercises during weekends also. In my old team I opted for transfer to new location but the new manager said they will not allow it as no one is there to check me. Have lost all motivation to work with everyday criticism and rants. Hello all I received an offer from EY GDS and the date of joining was a concern so I asked for a postpone not much just by a week.( Joining is in May)
It's been almost 1 week now and I haven't heard back from the HR I called and was informed the details are shared with other team and they are working on it.
Is it normal ? Does it take really this long for a new start date?

Got the offer letter yesterday. Recruitment team agreed in 15 pct bonus on fixed pay. But offer letter does not have any mention of that.
