First year PLs make this if they are rockstars. Many 2nd year PLs, and certainly most Principals
Rockstar PL1 (5th year post u/g or 3rd post MBA) or pretty good PL2. Base + bonus + retirement. Healthcare is free, but it’s harder to value that without considering individual circumstances, so I’m not including it.
S& you can get there in the top bonus tier as a second year manager. Or in your first year if you get promoted from a lower level with the 10-20% milestone bonus.
SVP or Director, depending on practice and prior experience/MBA

At KPMG it will start at the director (3rd/4th yr) level but my guess is a relatively small % of directors make 300k. Surely a new MD makes that much.

Agree w SC1. I’m at a smaller boutique and we don’t have a formal campus hire program yet but our associate comp is +/- where the street is and bonuses were 100%+ across all performance buckets this year

First year Strategy Senior Managers that crush it make that and definitely second year Senior Managers...this is strategy not other areas within ACN.
