I joined SF from a big4 as well. A big4 director can easily be SF director. SF might be hesitant in hiring senior directors laterally though.
I am sure but it might be less compared to your current TC at BTA or even director level if you're D3/D4.
If that’s for director level in Seattle that’s solid. If senior director then it’s low
I had an initial screening for BTA with salesforce recruiter few months ago - the base for Chicago was $160K - $200K plus 15% bonus. I think it’s more manager level with technical salesforce knowledge.
Do you have salesforce implementation experience / certification? I wasn’t moved to the next phase because I didn’t have direct implementation experience.
Bowl Leader
That salary band and bonus is 8/Sr. Manager.
Yes, i managed few programs before. Applied for business transformation senior director( program executive) role and after completing interview process they found me suitable for BTA role. I am assuming this role also has hierarchy going into senior director. You know how different this is from say program architect role?
Yeah I did and its from Linkedin I got that hierarchy which i just posted in other comment
I am multi certified in salesforce as well in all core modules and i guess this made them make me fit for BTA role
Yeah i have seen that link and from that pdf it seems appropriate for my yoe and does not look like a manager role. Is my understanding correct this role grows from BTA to Senior BTA to Principal BTA to Director/Senior Director BTA to COO
They probably are trying to down level you. BTA is a couple of levels down from senior director. Program architect focuses more on the technical side of things and is counterpart of business architect.
Cool, will ask the recruiter whether its Director BTA. Btw my background is director big 4, you think director is appropriate in salesforce for me? Also whats the TC at this level?
