I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. Is it normal to struggle with the transition to starting your first legal job? I did all the things - graduated law school, passed the bar, started at the big law firm that gave me my SA offer 2 years ago… Now, I’m feeling miserable. It’s only been 2 weeks and I’m not particularly enjoying work. I was totally burnt out on law school at the end and it was a struggle to finish. I figured I was just “over” the law school grind. When I started in this firm I was told that they will reconsider my position in sometime.
