How do you navigate getting a referral on a platform like this? Genuinely curious on if HR/Recruiting asks how you know the person you're referring, or if they don't care where the referral comes from.
Really interested in a junior PM role at Razorfish. A close friend currently works for a different Publicis org, so not sure if a referral from them would mean anything.

Any red states’ major cities with their bitchass regressive policies
The above + especially anywhere in Texas for sure.
Hilarious because my top two places I wanna live are Miami and LA
As some who grew up and lived most of my life in LA, I’d live there again. LA is HUGE. Would I live in DTLA? Nope. Would I live in the valley again? Nope. Would I live in the South Bay again? Yep, in a heartbeat.
I live in SD now, but I sure miss my place 1 short block from the beach in the South Bay. Photo is a view from old private roof deck in SB.
I grew up in Palos Verdes. It is paradise.

Rent would not be my primary concern if I moved to NY.
NY, LA, SF, Austin are all a hard pass. As are anywhere in Connecticut and Vermont.
I could probably be talked into most other places; but Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Greenville, Denver, and Seattle all come to mind as potentials.
Live in Chicago now and see no reason to move. Love it here.
Burlington is one of the worst places I’ve ever been. Truly wretched.
Texas. I want my child to actually come back from school.
