I’m working on one now, and got positive feedback today from the guy helping me through the interview process.
30 days: focus on building the foundation for strong internal relationships with key internal players- maybe that’s product, solution consulting, fellow AEs, PS, etc.
Also get a high level base knowledge of the product GTM pitch
60 days: expand on these themes- start regular cadences with key stakeholders. Continue to build off your product understanding. Start identifying key sales targets/stakeholders/etc
90 days: You’ve started to engage with the previously identified stakeholders and are building quality pipeline

Just in general. Working on some for interviews
Make your plan as specific and relatable to the role as possible by tying action items to the markers for success in the role you want to be hired for. While being specific, be sure to leave parts of the plan open ended to adapt to the needs of the business.
